In desperation, Doris promises herself to the enigmatic hunter in exchange for the extermination of these tyrannical monsters. Before D can execute his plans, the Count abducts Doris, forcing D to forge into the bloody reign of the House of Lee.
Review:
Woah,  I have never really been a fan of Horror, if fact I have tried to stay away from it when ever possible.  I heard of this movie so I picked it up.  It's amazing what this eighty minute movie can show.  I swear it felt much longer (in a good way).  Even as a non-fan of Horror I really liked this movie, the whole package has real wide appeal.
"D" is real interesting character he's basically the ultimate gothic hero, which really plays well, in a future that is basically the middle ages with a few lazer guns and video screens.  The sidekick in the talking hand is not explained at all and is a bit confusing.  The animation is very good, even considering it was made nearly 20 years ago.
My only complains are some of the more gory moments (like exploding heads) and shower scene that shows frontal nudity and is unnecessary, I can see the nudity in the sirens but not in one part where part of Doris' garment is pulled.  However those are very minor, but makes you ask why even do it.
Overall a definite rent, maybe even a buy.
